Payment Options
Dukandar.com accepts the following credit cards: Visa™, MasterCard™, Discover™, and The American Express Card™. Credit Card payments are submitted immediately when the order is ready to ship, and only the items shipped will be charged.

Purchase Orders, Checks and Money Orders are also accepted as valid means of payment. Should you decide to pay by check or money order, select 'Check' OR 'Money Order' from the payment options in the order form and place the order.

Once the order is placed, write the order number along with your name on the back of the Check or Money Order and mail it to the following address:

Check or Money Order (in US$) should be made in the name of Dukandar.com LLC.

Personal Checks and Business Checks must clear before shipment. Customers will be notified by email once the payment has been received and the order is shipped.

Dukandar.com accepts (but does not require) Purchase Orders (PO's) from universities and educational institutions, and government agencies.

Phone / Fax Orders
Customers who are hesitant about entering their credit card details online can also place their orders by calling our representatives at our toll free number or they can also fax or email in their orders using our order form (MS Word, HTML formats available).

Sales Tax
We do NOT charge Sales tax UNLESS your order is shipped to a Nebraska address. Nebraska State laws require that we charge a sales tax on the full amount of the order including shipping if shipped within NE. All shipments to Nebraska addresses are charged 6.5% sales tax.

For orders placed from outside the US, please keep in mind that there might be a charge of customs duty or fee imposed by your government or other entity in your country on items received from the United States OR Pakistan. You are responsible for all such fees, duties and taxes that are imposed when these goods are imported into your country.

Order Confirmation & Updates
You will receive email verifications at each stage of the order process. As soon as you place the order with us, an email confirming receipt of your order will be emailed to you. Next you will receive an email update as soon as your order is shipped. We will further notify you should we encounter any delays in processing your order.

Please note that receipt of your order simply means that your order has been placed. Dukandar.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

All orders placed by credit card are subject to address verification by our credit and fraud avoidance department, and this may delay the processing of your order. We will notify you by email of any such delays.

Orders placed by check or money order will be shipped after payment has been received. Customers will be notified by email once the payment has been received and the order is shipped.
