"A first timer, I was hesitant to place an order overseas. Then I made a mistake in the shipping address and immediately sent an email requesting correction. A prompt reply the next day came from a real person assuring me that the address would be corrected.
Then the country experienced extreme turmoil due to the death of Bhutto. So I replied to the previous email informing the rep that the recipient may not be available due to the declared mourning period. I supplied contact info for the recipient and the delivery was made to accommodate the most unforeseen circumstances!
I was very pleased with the attention to detail despite such distraction!

"I must say the prices and the shipping charges of Dukandar.com are the best avalible on the net. I am in Canada and its cheeper to buy (Magazines) from Dukandar.com then to buy from Toronto or Pakistan. Delivery take litter time but its international shipping so turn around time for me is about 15 to 20 days. "overall service is good. price is alright according to UK/USA. shipping options are good but there is not much information provided that if a delivery service had been choosen , theyll not tell you that it ll estimately arrive at this date.it takes quite long to UK. I am expecting a delivery from 2 weeks(still no sign). and yes it is easy to find what you want to buy but still they can make it more and more better/easy. they have a system in which customer have to give details every time. system should be able to keep a record of my purchases so I do not need to enter my details again n again. customer service is good but to an extent. sometimes they are quick and sometimes they never reply.(I m sure that there is no mistake in email address or no trouble at my end.)

"I purchased a 2DVD set of a PTV commedy, the order arrived in 3 or 4 days, much sooner than I expected. The packaging was done with traditional desi care, which lent it a personal touch, was impressed. I was also impressed by their service which claimed that they will source any play from back home if it is not listed on their site, I submitted a few requests but never got any replies, is it still a beta service?"

"It has been two weeks now that i ordered a book and dukandar.com already charged me for that but i am still waiting for the delivery.They said it will take 5 to 10 dayst to reach me.One part of the order( a music CD)i recieved in one week but the is still not here.I am very disappointed with them and i wont recommened them to any one.They dont have any business ethics.I am waiting for my book."
